Chad Alexander is a Vice President of Development who works for Action Claims Administrators and Action Tribal Administrators to create, develop and maintain new and existing business. Chad believes business partners that are aligned with the same strategic goals and philosophies are key to long term successful relationships. Chad started his career in 1997 when he joined the Army National Guard while he was a junior in high school in a program called split-op training. Shortly after graduating high school, Chad took a position with Navistar specializing in Human Resources, Workers’ Compensation and Disability claims in a fully self-insured and self-administered environment. Chad left Navistar in 2010 to take a position with Alliant Insurance Company’s Tribal division, Tribal First, where he administered workers’ compensation claims for Oklahoma’s Native American employers. Before coming on board with Action Claims Administrators, Chad was the Risk Manager for Matrix Service Company, a billion-dollar energy construction and repair firm. While with Matrix Service Company, Chad managed over 48 insurance placements and handled workers’ compensation, general liability, auto liability, builder’s risk, pollution and property claims.
Chad is married to his beautiful wife Traci and has four children, Xoey, Xayda, William, and Xeplyn. Chad was awarded a Master of Science and Management and a Bachelor of Organizational Leadership and Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University. Chad is a Certified Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist, holds an OSHA 10 certification and is a licensed insurance adjuster.
In Chad’s previous roles, he worked with six different third party administrators (TPA) and multiple insurance brokers and carriers. Chad’s goal is to take what he has experienced and change the perception of the overall claims process. When asked what makes Action Claims Administrators and Action Tribal Administrators different, Chad stated, “Simply put, our model is different. Adjusters are not paper pushers within our organization and attorneys do not manage claims. All our programs are individualized and designed around our client’s needs and practices. While some may mirror others, none are cookie cutter and all are developed with our client’s risk management and executive teams involved. We get to know not only your business but also your claims philosophy and then merge it with ours to develop a program that yields the results we desire and the goals we set and do so 15% to 20% less than the competition. When it comes to our philosophy, it spans across all the lines of coverages we handle. I am “ALL IN WITH ACTION” and so are our clients.”
