Ron Livingston is the Vice President of Casualty Claims at Action Claim Service, a multi-line independent adjusting firm and third-party administrator providing service throughout the Southeastern USA. For nearly 30 years, Ron has been involved in a variety of capacities in the property/casualty industry, and has worked with Major Insurance carriers, including, Farmers Insurance and Nationwide Mutual Insurance, MGA’s and served as VP of Casualty Claims/Officer for a regional insurance company.
Throughout his tenure, he has rapidly excelled through the ranks, and been involved in handling a wide variety of personal lines and commercial lines claims, including catastrophic injury, fatality, disfigurement, commercial and personal lines litigation, fraud and special investigations. Moreover, he was instrumental in identifying and taking down a large fraud ring estimated at $1.5 – $2.0M per annum. Additionally, he played a key role and served as point person in the establishment of rates, rules and forms for the introduction of Agricultural Workers into the Arkansas market. Ron has been a key member of our expanding casualty operation since 2013.
In his spare time, Ron enjoys spending time with his wife, Heidi of 27 years, as well as hunting, fishing, golf, and the great outdoors in general.
